– By Car: About a 2-hour drive from New Chitose Airport.
– By Train: Around 2 hours and 30 minutes via the JR Hakodate Line to Kutchan Station, followed by a 20-minute taxi ride.
– By Bus: Take the “Airport – Niseko” bus from New Chitose Airport to the Hirafu Welcome Center stop, then a 10-minute walk.
Parking:
We offer 27 parking spaces, free of charge for all guests.
Parking is available daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Bathing Guidelines:
– Please do not bring towels into the bath or wash your face or hair in the bathing pool.
– Please do not wear underwear in the bath.
– Please wash thoroughly before entering. Make sure no soap or foam remains on your body.
– Please do not jump into the bath or swim in the bathing area.
– Please note that guests with traditional Japanese tattoos (Wabori) may be restricted from using the facility. Other types of tattoos are generally permitted.
– Please do not wash clothes in the bathing area.
– Please do not bring food, drinks, smartphones, or cameras into the bathing area.
– Please dry your body completely before entering or exiting the changing room.
– Please refrain from bathing if you have a contagious illness.
– Please avoid any behavior that may disturb or inconvenience other guests.
– To our LGBTQ guests: For the comfort and safety of all guests, bathing areas are divided by physical features. We kindly ask that you use the appropriate facility. Thank you for your understanding.
